We are located at 3824 7th Ave. N. Lower Level, Anoka, MN 55303

 

Do you take insurance?

Yes,we do take insurance.  See our prices page for a list of insurance providers we can take.  Also, because we are licensed, we can be used out of network for your insurance company upon their approval.  If you do not have insurance, our out of pocket prices are very reasonable, and we are willing to work with our clients on a plan that can be very affordable.  We also have a sliding fee scale for those who are unemployed or under-employed.

 

Is what I say confidential?

Yes, we take the confidentiality of our clients very seiuosly.  However there are certain incidents where we are required by law to give out information because we are "mandated reporters."  These are as follows:

   In cases where we have been court ordered to report.

   In cases where the client has indicated harm to him or

       herself or others.

   In cases of abuse of children or vulnerable adults.

   In cases where the client has signed a release of information 

       form.
